Overcome Grief & Sorrow

Service Description

Brian has experienced 4 different levels of Grief which will be explained in the workshop. He will offer tools you can use when in Grief and Sorrow which are proven methods to transform these emotions. Brian will also facilitate Q&A session to clarify any points. There will be an optional healing session included at the end - you do not need to know meditation or do anything, just receive, or you can opt to leave before this part.
